With 25+ years experience in providing the highest-level customer service, I have excelled in the technique of effective communication. I have become a very deadline-driven professional and have used my networking skills to make strong connections with industry professionals. I have a solid referral network and am fully involved with every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. I am surrounded by an amazing, experienced team of other mortgage professionals. Our common belief is that our clients and customers come first! As a 100% commissioned loan officer, I depend on referrals and am committed to making the homebuying or refinancing experience as easy as possible. I provide updates every step of the way to ensure all parties to the transaction are always kept informed.
Biography

After spending 22 years in Northeast Florida, I relocated to my hometown in Central New York. I love what I do and am passionate about helping people with their new home purchase or achieving their goals with cashing out their equity. Almost all of my clients come back to me for future mortgage needs and also refer their friends and family to me, which is the best compliment they could give.  I specialize in all types of programs and pride myself in the level of consultative service I offer, with loan products to fit virtually every need.

My Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent mortgage professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy and a high-quality professional network; all of which are hallmarks of how I do business. With that being said, in my experience, I have found that providing the very best service is directly connected to putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener and good communicator, as well as responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything much more quickly and efficiently. Also, these tools have helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration. Completed Sandler Training on "How to Grow Your Network" Completed AMA Course- "Management Skills for the New Supervisor"
Interests
Attending sporting events, traveling, fishing, cooking, hosting parties, networking, and spending time with my kids.

Any loan officer can take an application and provide a pre-approval.  My pre-approvals are stronder and more reliable because I take a more thorough application, asking the right questions to identify potential pitfalls up front and I gather a bit more than just basic information so that everyone involved in the transaction feels secure with my pre-approval letter. I know the guidelines front to back and am able to efficiently take the transaction from start to finish with full involvement and availability. 

Giving back is an important part of CMG Financial’s culture and gives us a “why” to what we do. Since 2011, we have worked to raise nearly $3 million for non-profits that align with our values and are dedicated to improving the lives of those in need. At our annual Wine Tasting and Charity Auction, we sponsor: the Gary Sinise Foundation, the Cancer Support Community, and the MBA Opens Doors Foundation.


The Gary Sinise Foundation creates and supports unique programs designed to entertain, educate, inspire, strengthen, and build communities. Their R.I.S.E. program (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment), builds specially adapted smart homes for America’s most severely wounded defenders, veterans, and first responders.


The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.


The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
