I am not a typical investor, I have purchased multiple properties and currently have 7 rental units, all are for my grandchildren under my trust. Through the process of my purchases, I have used CMG. I have also used them to refinance existing properties that I previously had. Prior to using CMG, I had used multiple mortgage companies, but CMG illuminated over the other mortgage companies because of their ability to streamline inessential aspects of money borrowing, while maintaining efficacy in the borrowing process. My experience was the most stress-free transaction I have ever had with a real estate purchase/refi! From the first day I expressed interest in MReddick / CMG and wanting to buy a home, Reed and his team were available, responsive, and answered all my questions very timely. I met Reed at an in person training event in CA, and was re-introduced to him once I decided to move forward. Reed provided several loan options with detailed pros and cons of each, which helped me make the best loan decision. Pre-approval was quick and easy as well as the loan document process. I think having the one stop service thru M Reddick for all loan needs was a contributing factor to choosing CMG. I do think the loan fees were high, in order to buy down the rate, but there is also an incentive available if I refi within 5 years.
