I had a great experience with Stuart and his team. I was a first-time homebuyer and had met with a couple of other lenders beforehand, and still felt a little lost and confused about the whole process. I really appreciated that Stuart walked me through things and really took the time to explain all the steps of the process. He and his team even ended up moving lender companies right before I wanted to make an offer and they were still able to navigate through things quickly and smoothly. I also felt like they genuinely cared about saving me money and giving me the best loan for my situation. They were able to find a grant for me that saved me $1250 on my closing costs, no strings attached. They also explained all the different options you have when it comes to balancing closing costs, rates, buying points, and all the things that really confused me in the beginning of the process, so I felt like I could make informed decisions about what worked best for me. By the time closing came, everything was well understood and went very smoothly.
