Holly was great to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating. Holly offered me an excellent rate, and returned each of my phone calls and emails promptly. She went over several different loan scenarios with me for each of the properties that I considered. I talked to other mortgage lenders (bigger ones), and they were very slow answering my emails, and never provided me any detailed loan summaries. Holly answered all my questions, offered very competitive rates and closing assistance.

Its not their fault that some of the documentation requirements are stupid but requiring us to take RMDs we don't need right now makes no sense given that all of our asset information was provided.

Peter advised us about the pros & cons of a 30yr., 15 yr., adjustable 7 & 5 yr. notes. He explained the differnces on the adjustable rates, the rate change dates and amount of change per the contract. This was all very helpful in making our decision, as we are looking at retiring & selling within a couple of years. Peter and his staff were on top of everything concernng our refinance. They guided us . every step of the process, were very professional and made the process very easy. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

The Peter Accolla team is remarkable in their speed, efficiency and ability to resolve underwriting issues in a very tight time frame. We closed our loan in less than thirteen working days under circumstances where confirming creditors were difficult to reach during the Holidays or simply weren't available, and Peter's team found solutions and got the loan closed.
