Valerie Damian

I am a mortgage professional with 19 years of industry experience. I began my career at Aurora Bank in 2007, where I transitioned from processing and loan officer assistance into sales and earned my NMLS license. Since then, I have worked with several respected mortgage companies, gaining experience in both operations and lending. I was born and raised in Thornton, Colorado, and recently relocated to Avondale, Arizona. I am passionate about giving back to my community and support youth sports, as well as Latino and Indigenous organizations such as La Raza and the Latin American Education Foundation. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my spouse, Alfredo, and our three children, Jordyn, Jeremiah, and Jovanni. Much of our family time is spent at the baseball and softball fields. I also enjoy reading, playing volleyball and softball, traveling, and exploring new places. Riviera Maya is a favorite destination, and I am always happy to enjoy some good Mexican food, especially tacos!
