Any time we had a question, Erica or Tanja got back to us with ten minutes. They were always very friendly and professional.

Tanja was absolutely awesome to work with! She made things so simple and had great communication. This was our first home purchase and she made it less stressful than we expected. Highly recommend her!

Erica T. was my contact. She was very friendly, polite, and great at her job! Went above and beyond to explain and make sure I understood everything I needed to know. Thank you again Tanja and Erica!

I have purchased 5 homes; this was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Tanja and Kevin were great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

The experience was easy. You all had kept us up to date about the things we needed. Communication was open and always understandable, as everything was explained and no surprises were found at the end. We really felt that y'all were doing all you can to get us in the home and not just going through the paces.

It was a great experience and we had the best help throughout the entire process.

Tanja and your team! What can I say! They have been patient, supportive, answered my questions even after hours and were always there to guide me. They made every step feel easy and stress‑free, and I’m so grateful they were a part of my journey. You and your team made this happen and I’m forever grateful!! Highly recommend which I will be. Thank you again!!

Tanja and her team went the extra steps to help us get a great rate adjustment at a less than optimal time for rates. We went from 7.99 to 5.99! Our mortgage company tried to keep our business but they could not compete with the incredible rate Tanja procured for us. They also helped us transfer from conventional to VA so that we can take advantage of any streamlines that happen in the future if the market should shift some more. We had a wonderful experience and if the rates drop we will give them our business again!
