A year ago, my wife and I started planning and saving to buy our first home. In our area it always felt like an unachievable goal, but we stayed hopeful. This summer, a good friend stumbled across a big house on a beautiful lot that needed a lot of work, and he pushed me to go for it. We saw the potential value but weren't sure we could make it work. Team Keastner was incredible from the initial email until closing day! This was our first refinance as homeowners with our 2 year anniversary approaching in August, so we are still very green in all of this. Luke & Kristine are the best! They are a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage space and the best at what they do! I would say their biggest advantage is speed. These two do not mess around when there’s a deadline. We closed in record time and truly no other lender Would have been able to do what they did. I can’t recommend them enough
