About Me
With more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience, I have built my career by helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. I began my journey in 1992 as a receptionist with Countrywide and quickly discovered that mortgage lending is about far more than numbers—it's about changing lives. Through hands-on experience in both wholesale lending (1992–2007) and retail lending (2009–present), I have developed extensive knowledge of the lending process while remaining focused on providing exceptional service to every client. One experience early in my career continues to inspire me today. A loan application that initially appeared unqualified was ultimately approved after management learned the borrower was rebuilding her life after escaping an abusive situation. Seeing how homeownership could provide stability, security, and a fresh start reinforced my commitment to this profession. That experience shaped the way I approach every loan—with compassion, understanding, and the belief that every borrower has a unique story. Throughout my career, I have held positions with respected organizations including Countrywide, GE Money Bank, Bank of America and Union Bank. My background includes assisting first-time homebuyers, investors, retirees, and veterans with a wide range of financing solutions. I take pride in guiding clients through one of life's most important financial decisions and helping them find the loan that best fits their goals. Originally born in Downey, California, and raised in Covina, I now call Kodak, Tennessee, home. Giving back to my community is important to me, and I proudly support Sevier County Food Ministries, Sevier Animal Care Center, and Lighting the Way Outreach. I also enjoy organizing donation drives for local animal rescues and serving on my community welcome committee. When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Don, my high school sweetheart, and our rescue terrier, Calvin. Our son, Nathan, lives in San Francisco. In my free time you'll find me baking, crafting, attending church, or working on my golf game. I'm also an avid sports fan who cheers on the Tennessee Volunteers and the Los Angeles Angels. Whether it's gathering with family over pizza, exploring a favorite destination like Twin Lakes, California or taking road trips to discover new spots, I value creating lasting memories with the people I love.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
