Jonathan helped me tremendously when applying for a loan through CMG financial. He answered all my questions and was never deterred by my repetitive questions. He sat down with me and fully explained the process of buying a house and the loan process, he showed me multiple options that I had and listened when I told him how I wanted to stay the USDA route. Jonathan was even able to find me a grant that helped cover my closing costs and made the entire process feel so easy. I love my new house, but if I ever want to sell and go through this process again I will definitely be reaching back out!

I appreciate Johnathan's attention to detail. As a bookkeeper I often deal with and am in need of details. Asking so many questions about the details, I was sure Johnathan would be like the other loan officers I have had in the past. The past ones would get irritated or say "just do..." rather than explain the reason or need for the items requested. Johnathan never got irritated and, even to the contrary, Johnathan seemed to enjoy getting into those details. I felt better once I found out that Johnathan has a background in the CPA world. We both enjoy the details of life!
