He was ALWAYS available for my questions, as I mulled over different scenarios on loans, down payment amount, whether or not to put my house in a trust, etc. He was extremely patient and also very clearly explained what was needed, possibilities, and made me feel completely at ease during this whole process. It’s also incredible, he knew I was exploring various lenders, but from the first couple of calls with him I felt having someone local and knowledgeable like him was the way to go. There is a reason the other guys have lower costs… Another well-known online lender didn’t even check in with me until we were already well on our way with earnest money in and through underwriting! Cheaper does not mean better at all… Walking me through the underwriting process and being understanding of my specific financial situation and accounts was so helpful, including working through tech and document issues on my end. I have already started sharing my experience with my family and friends. I have worked in sales in 5 star hotels and global brands, and I would say his approachable, friendly, and all encompassing client service was that level!
