Las Vegas, NV – CMG Financial, a privately-held, well-capitalized mortgage banking firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA, has expanded its Western coverage with the addition of a new Las Vegas team.  CMG Financial would like to officially welcome Sheila Ledesma NMLS 317386, Sales Manager, Linda Ayres NMLS 318390, Sales Manager, and Iriany Eustace, Loan Processor.

Sheila Ledesma has over sixteen years of mortgage industry experience.  She enjoys working one-on-one with clients to design the right loan program that will best serve their ongoing needs.  Her goal is to educate her clients about the mortgage process and make sure they feel confident in their decision making.  Linda Ayres has over twenty-five years of mortgage industry experience.  She was a founding member and is currently the co-chair of the Housing Department of Urban Development’s (HUD) Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee to advocate for responsible homeownership.  Sheila and Linda will cultivate new business throughout the greater Las Vegas area and build on CMG’s
