Considering that we were Mortgage brokers 16 years ago ourselves...John never used that against us and was unbiased the whole time. John always made time and had patience to explain in helping us understand the process and, how the industry changed a lot from 16 years ago. John's transparency is a whole new level too, his transparency is Wonderful, very punctual, on point and even my Realtor was Amazed. Last but not least, John showed up at closing...even when he had a flight to catch on that same day for his Honeymoon, yeah...that said A LOT about whom John is.
