Overall, the experience was very positive. Don personally he did exactly what he said he would do and he got me done quickly. I have zero issues with him. The only thing that rubbed me wrong in the whole process was being blamed for us not closing on time. I answered every email with in 24 hours and did everything that was asked of me in a timely manner. I even followed up every time I submitted the forms they asked for w/ an email saying if there is any problem, please let me know. So, when my real estate agent said we won't be closing on time because you didn't get your paperwork in on time that was shocking to hear. I wasn't on that email for some reason either. There were 2 different people on vacation at the end and of my loan and as soon as I was used to dealing with one person it was changed to someone else. Once I reached out to Don, he was very reassuring, and things happened very quickly. I buy property for my business and I'm always looking for good investments.
