Meet Amy Morrill

After growing up in Maine and graduating from the University of Southern Maine in 1997, I moved to NH and spent 5 years in the banking industry before becoming a mortgage advisor. With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have used my expertise to personally assist hundreds of individuals and families with responsible, affordable home financing solutions. I have an extensive background in working with first time home buyers and low-to-moderate income borrowers. Many of these borrowers were assisted using programs such as FHA, VA and USDA, as well as NH Housing and Maine State Housing programs. My particular expertise with these loan programs has served my borrowers well over the years. I am also well-educated on renovation loans for those looking to buy a fixer upper. I am proud to be an affiliate with the Seacoast Board of Realtors. I am also a member of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce.
