If your All In One Loan™ has been activated and you have questions about your account, contact your servicing bank directly. Refer to your closing documents for details or the bank correspondence sent to you upon activation.
If your All In One Loan™ has not been activated and you have questions about activation timing, refer to the Account Set-Up Timing and First Payments Disclosure within your closing documents for details. Account activation may take up to 60 days to complete.
