The required contact information for a non-borrowing spouse or sometimes also referred to as additional people on title must be entered onto the CD request page in CLEAR. 

When completing the CD request, you will enter the required information within the Additional Parties on Title section.  To open the section, answer ‘Yes’ to Are you adding a non-borrower to title for closing and then complete the required fields.
