Surveys are required in Florida, New Jersey, New Mexico and Texas. 

When preparing the Loan Estimate, in the Broker Defined Fees section:

1. Search for Survey Fee and click Add.
2. Choose TRID Section C.
3. Enter the dollar amount.
4. Enter the Service Providers Name, Address, Phone and Contact Persons First and Last Name.
   1. Provider must be within a reasonable distance of subject property and still in business.
