CMG does not accept transferred Loan Estimates on TBD properties. 

Within 2 business days of identifying a property, the broker will need to sign back into CLEAR and request a TBD Conversion using the Change of Circumstance tab and follow the steps below.  At this time, you will upload your 3.2 file (or enter it manually) to request the on demand Loan Estimate and disclosure package.
