Devin was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He lived in various states and Okinawa, Japan while serving in the US Marines, and returned home to San Diego, CA in 2018 where he currently resides. He received his M. A., Military Operations at Army Command and Staff College in 2023, his M. A., Leadership Studies at Marshall University in 2020 and B. S., Business Administration (Finance) at San Diego State University in 2009. Devin is very disciplined which helps him serve his clients, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Logistics Officer since 2009 upon graduation from college. He reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and he will serve in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves until retirement in 2029.
When Devin is not helping his clients finance the home of their dreams, he volunteers as a member of the San Diego Region Chamber of Commerce, San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter, runs a local real estate Meetup group, and donates to and volunteers with the Wounded Warrior Program racing events.
He and his wife Donia have a wonderful daughter, Cyra. Devin enjoys exercising and going to the gym, investing, reading/podcasting, Latin dancing and playing the drums. His favorite travel destinations are Japan, Mexico, and Italy. He also enjoys baseball, football, and hockey.
