Charlie Rogers
Senior Vice President, Retail Lending

Charlie Rogers serves as CMG Financial's Senior Vice President of Retail Lending. Rogers has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry with loan process and pipeline management, recruiting, and developing productive originators. He has held prestigious positions including President, CEO, Managing Director, Regional Vice President, and Executive Vice President at his previous companies. Rogers will support the Retail Lending division by guiding its growth, stability, and reputation nationwide while upholding the CMG Financial brand. His diverse background allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge and ideas to his new position.

Drew Dyet
Senior Vice President, Wholesale Lending

Drew Dyet began his career in the mortgage industry in 2000 just after earning his Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in finance from San Diego State University. Having served in all three major mortgage delivery channels, and held positions ranging from direct production to senior management, Drew brings an extensive understanding of the mortgage industry to the CMG team. His primary focus throughout his career has been to deliver an exceptional customer experience based on trust, accountability and collaboration. Drew has lived in California for 32 years, but is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their Goldendoodle dog named "Harley". He loves coaching youth sports, exercising, snowboarding, surfing and volunteering.

Joe Cabrall
Vice President, Correspondent Lending Operations

Joe Cabrall joined CMG Financial in 2005 and throughout his tenure has excelled in many different roles within the organization. His experience is diverse, including managing multiple Wholesale Operation centers, supporting Retail Operations, Sales and Capital Markets. While managing the Operation centers Joe was responsible for the complete loan process; from setup to the sale of the loan to the investor. Within Retail Lending his focus was on sales, and working closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer service and support. Cabrall's passion to help others extends outside of the mortgage industry. He has volunteered and raised money through his participation in several AIDs LifeCycle rides, which includes a 600 mile cycling event that benefits non-profit organizations in both San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Sara Reed
Vice President, Operations

Sara Reed has worked with CMG Financial since 2004, holding a range of positions including loan processor, DE underwriter, account manager, national branch development liaison and branch development and national support manager. Currently, she is the Vice President of Operations. Sara also plays a significant role in new program rollout and special projects, including HomeFundIt and Joint Ventures. Her depth of understanding of CMG Financial Operations combined with her critical problem-solving skills enable her to implement efficient strategy and pursue operational excellence. Sara is an alumni of Golden Gate University in San Francisco and enjoys spending time at the ballpark with her husband and two sons.

Paolo Gochangco
Vice President, Capital Markets

Paolo Gochangco has worked for privately-held mortgage lenders for over fourteen years. He's held numerous roles including Mortgage Banking Operations, Product Development, Secondary Marketing, and Capital Markets. In 2012, he joined CMG Financial as a Lock Desk Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Business Analyst and later Vice President of Capital Markets. In his current position, he oversees pricing, hedging and trading strategies, and selling of loans to investors in the secondary market. His abundant experience with secondary marketing and capital markets makes him a dynamic and active leader.

Melissa Harbourne
Vice President, Human Resources

Melissa Harbourne is an accomplished human resources professional with over twenty-three years of hands on team management experience. An alumni of the University of California, Santa Barbara, she's previously held consultant, generalist, and vice president positions at other financial firms. Since 2017, Melissa has been responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, systems management and compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and best practices.
