CMG no longer requires W2 or full transcripts for salaried only borrowers.
The Broker or Select Partner will be required to provide evidence that the transcript has been ordered for the following:
- All transactions that require tax returns to validate qualifying income i.e., self-employed, rental, etc. or if the AUS guidelines require tax returns.
- All USDA transactions.
- All non-agency (Jumbo, AIO) transactions.
- Any other transaction at underwriter discretion.
- All borrowers are still required to sign a 4506T form at time of application and again at closing on all transactions
