I do apologize for this late response I was out of town at a conference and wanted to wait to complete this survey when I could give it my full attention. First, I would like to say that Ashley was extremely kind and was always present to answer all of our questions about this process. This was our first home loan, so we didn't know what to expect but Ashley, Trae & Natalie made us feel like we were in good hands which really reduced the stress as we moved forward with the documents.
