I just wanted to share some great news with you about CMG Financial! We funded a $1.473MM Refi on Monday (2 days ago) and they purchased it off of our Warehouse Line today!!! That's a record but just about \"par for the course\" with CMG. We've had some challenges with getting loans purchased off our line with other investors, but never with CMG. They are always \"ON IT\" and very accessible and helpful. The bottom line is, the sooner a Correspondent loan is purchased off the line, the sooner you get paid, so I urge you to send your loans to CMG Financial!
